Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and hands-on Operations Executive (Pre-Launch) to join our growing team. This role is critical in executing ground-level and data-driven operations before a project launch. The ideal candidate will blend strong administrative skills (MS Excel, fast typing) with on-the-field agility, fluent multilingual communication, and excellent stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

• Pre-Launch Coordination: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of all pre-launch operational activities.
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as a reliable point of contact for key stakeholders, building strong relationships, facilitating clear communication, and ensuring project alignment.
• Market & Field Research: Travel across designated areas to gather market data, verify property details, and conduct field surveys.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date trackers, reports, and databases using MS Excel to keep stakeholders informed.
• Documentation & Reporting: Handle high-volume data entry and typing tasks with speed and accuracy.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, field execution, or stakeholder-facing roles.
• Language Proficiency: Must be highly fluent in English, Maratha and Hindi to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data sorting) and strong typing skills.
• Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler (bike) and possess a valid driving license for mandatory field visits.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Prior experience or strong knowledge in the Real Estate sector.
• A background in core operations or project pre-launch phases.
