Job Description
Summary: Cartier is a high-end luxury brand in the jewelry and fashion industry, and they are seeking a Business Solutions Data Intern for their summer internship program. In this role, the intern will assist with project coordination, support digital solutions projects, and help engage business users with training materials and content development.
Responsibilities:
- Support with the tracking and reporting of project implementations
- Assist in updating project timelines/plans in Monday.com
- Support the Business Solutions Project Manager in creating presentation decks and other communication material to help summarize progress as well as adoption of various digital tools
- Partner with the business owners and key stakeholders to collaboratively develop content and materials to help educate business users
- Participate in systematic testing as needed
Required Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in an accredited university/college program at the time of application
- Proactive approach to supporting business needs, creative, flexible, results-oriented thinker with exceptional attention to detail
- Time management and problem-solving skills are required
- Computer proficiency is mandatory
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- An innovative thinker with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- At your core, a team player who is excited to shine, as well as, empower and assist others to achieve success
- Energetic and eager to assist on projects and initiatives
- Able to work a full-time schedule throughout the course of our Summer Internship Program
- Authorized to work in the United States; International students must have a current work visa, Richemont North America will not sponsor work visa's for summer internships
- Must be age 18 or older to participate
- Must be available to participate for the entirety of internship program (June 3rd - August 9th)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience with project coordination, retail, operations or tech is preferred
- Tech Savvy with proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Project Management and or Coordination experience is preferred
- Knowledge in business systems and applications
- Ability to learn and apply new software
- Appetite and curiosity of the competitive landscape and industry, trends and evolving technological advancements
