You have plenty of choices when it comes to caregiving jobs.

We want to give you a reason to choose Caring.

At Caring Senior Service, we believe exceptional care starts with caregivers who feel valued, respected, supported, and appreciated. You aren't just the person filling a shift, you are the heart of what we do. We are building a team where caregivers know their work matters.

WHY CAREGIVERS CHOOSE CARING

You deserve to be more than a name on the schedule. We want to know you, your strengths, your goals, and the type of clients you enjoy working with.

Your voice matters. You're the one spending time with our clients. We value your observations, ideas, and feedback and want you to feel comfortable communicating with our team.

We believe great work deserves recognition. We love celebrating our caregivers and making sure the people doing this important work know they are appreciated.

We want to help you grow. Whether caregiving is something you love doing long-term or part of a bigger career path, we want to provide opportunities to learn, develop, and take on more responsibility as our team grows.

We're growing—and you can grow with us. This is an exciting time to join Caring Senior Service. We're expanding throughout Hill County and looking for dependable caregivers who want to become an important part of what we're building.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a caregiver, you'll help seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in the place they love most, their own home.

Depending on the client's needs, you may assist with:

• Companionship and conversation
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping
• Personal care and hygiene
• Dressing and grooming
• Mobility and transfer assistance
• Medication reminders
• Errands and transportation
• Alzheimer's and dementia support
• Providing families with peace of mind

But caregiving is about more than completing a task list. Sometimes the most important thing you do is make someone laugh. Listen to a story they've told before. Notice that something doesn't seem quite right. Help someone maintain their dignity. Or simply make a senior feel less alone. That's the kind of care we're looking for.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for caregivers throughout Whitney, Hillsboro, and surrounding Hill County communities who are compassionate, dependable, professional, and genuinely enjoy helping others. Experience in caregiving, senior care, home care, assisted living, CNA work, PCA work, or caring for a family member is a plus.

Pay: $14–$16/hour

Schedules: Flexible opportunities based on client needs and availability.

If you're looking for a team where your work is noticed, your voice matters, and caring goes both ways, we'd love to meet you.
