The intern will support departmental operations, assist with training materials, and contribute to HR education and development initiatives. Responsibilities: - Assist with updating and organizing training materials within the Learning Management System (LMS) - Help track employee training completion and maintain accurate records - Support preparation of presentations and materials for new employee orientation - Assist HR staff during orientation sessions and onboarding activities - Create or update training documents, guides, and visual materials (e.g., PowerPoint slides) - Help compile basic reports on training participation and completion - Provide administrative support for HR education and development initiatives - Collaborate with HR team members on projects related to employee learning and engagement Required Qualifications: - Two years of high school required - Some internships may require a bachelor's degree; or enrolled in and nearing completion of an undergraduate degree or terminal degree in a field relevant to the internship - Interest in human resources, healthcare administration, education, or business - Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills - Basic computer skills including Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel or similar tools - Good written and verbal communication skills - Willingness to learn and work collaboratively with HR team members - Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in a healthcare environment - Must be at least 16 years of age.
