Learning & Development Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Learning & Development Executive to support employee development and contribute to improved organizational performance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying training needs, coordinating and delivering learning initiatives, monitoring training effectiveness, and supporting a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify employee training and development needs through performance evaluations, job analysis, and discussions with department heads.
• Plan, develop, and implement training programs, workshops, and learning materials.
• Coordinate and facilitate internal and external training sessions.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance outcomes.
• Maintain accurate employee training records and prepare regular training reports.
• Support employee onboarding and orientation programs.
• Ensure training and development activities comply with company policies, procedures, and applicable requirements.
• Assist with employee development plans, career progression, and succession planning initiatives.
• Coordinate with trainers, department heads, and external training providers as required.
• Identify opportunities to improve existing training programs and learning processes.
• Stay updated on industry trends, modern learning methodologies, and best practices in Learning & Development.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development, Training, HR, or a similar role.
• Age: 30 years and above.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Previous experience in Learning & Development, Training, HR, or a similar role.
• Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to develop engaging and effective training materials and presentations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is preferred.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently as well as coordinate effectively with different departments.
