Job Title: Diploma Engineer Trainee (DET)

Department: Production / Maintenance / Quality / Engineering

Roll : On-Roll

Assist engineers and supervisors in day-to-day technical operations.

Operate, monitor, and maintain machines/equipment as required

Monitor production processes, machines, and equipment.

Perform basic troubleshooting and help identify equipment problems.

Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety rules, and quality standards.

Support preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.

Inspect components/products and report quality issues.

Maintain production, maintenance, inspection, and other technical records.

Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions.

Coordinate with production, maintenance, quality, and other departments.

Participate in process improvement and productivity initiatives.

Learn company systems, equipment, processes, and industry practices during the training period.

Preferred candidate profile

Diploma in Engineering from a recognized institution.

Relevant branches may include Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Automobile, Production, or related disciplines.

Freshers are generally eligible.

Basic knowledge of engineering concepts and computer applications is preferred.
