The Software Development Intern offers early career students a hands-on opportunity to work on a real-world software automation project that directly impacts development teams, involving AI-enabled reporting solutions and collaboration with experienced engineers. Responsibilities: - Conduct research, analysis, or data gathering to support the internship project and team objectives - Support the Program manager by documenting critical action items, owners and deadlines, gaining exposure to project coordination best practices - Prepare presentations, reports, or demos of project progress - Participate in team meetings, standups, or project reviews to learn how cross functional teams collaborate and deliver work - Assist with drafting executive-level slide decks and status summaries - Present final project outcomes to leadership at the conclusion of the internship - Take on additional tasks as needed to support the team’s goals and broaden learning opportunities Required Qualifications: - Currently pursuing a degree or recent graduate in computer science, information technology (or related field) - Strong interest in software development - Ability to work independently and manage a project timeline - Strong communication and collaboration skills - Basic proficiency in Microsoft platform and Outlook Required Skills: Python, Microsoft platform, Outlook, Project Management Internship Start Date: Start in 2026 Summer Benefits: Additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, Restricted stock units
