The work you will do:

• Support health promotion initiatives, conduct assessments, and implement care plans using Best Practice Clinical Guidelines
• Work as part of a collaborative care team alongside nurses in a clinic setting, managing urgent and non-urgent walk-ins (similar to a walk-in clinic), as well as primary care follow-ups (like prescription renewals, tests, and condition monitoring)
• Act as the first point of emergency response in communities without an ER, providing both acute and primary care services
• Demonstrate strong critical thinking and rapid decision-making skills, prioritizing patient needs in high-pressure situations
• Be prepared to work independently without on-site physicians, adapting quickly and confidently to resource-limited environments
