Senior Analyst, Workforce Optimization Location: Philippines-Bonifacio Global City-Taguig What Workforce Optimization contributes to Cardinal Health Workforce Optimization is responsible for developing and managing forecasting and scheduling models, as well as systems and methodologies needed for analysis, measurement, and assessment of volumes and staffing/scheduling effectiveness, planning and decision-making. Qualifications Bachelors degree required Minimum of 2 years solid experience in Workforce (Real Time Analysis) Scheduling and Forecasting background required for External Candidates Strong communication skills Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel Proficient in In Contact, Verint and Genesys Cloud Proficient in handling Tableau (required) Alteryx and Power BI experience preferred Willing to work US hours and do rotating shift on Saturdays What is expected of you and others at this level Applies working knowledge in the application of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to perform varied tasks Works on projects of moderate scope and complexity Identifies possible solutions to a variety of technical problems and takes actions to resolve Applies judgment within defined parameters Receives general guidance may receive more detailed instruction on new projects Work reviewed for sound reasoning and accuracy Candidates who are back-to-work, people with disabilities, without a college degree, and Veterans are encouraged to apply.
