The company is seeking a Web3 Technical Analyst to conduct technical research, blockchain market analysis, digital asset monitoring, and Web3 intelligence. The role includes analyzing token performance and blockchain ecosystems, preparing research reports, and tracking developments across DeFi, smart contracts, and Web3 infrastructure.

Responsibilities:
- Research blockchain networks, digital assets, token ecosystems, DeFi protocols, smart contract platforms, stablecoins, and Web3 infrastructure
- Monitor token performance, price action, liquidity conditions, volatility, capital flows, on-chain activity, and market sentiment
- Support technical analysis, protocol research, market structure review, ecosystem mapping, risk awareness, and opportunity evaluation across Web3 markets
- Prepare technical research notes, market updates, token analysis briefs, blockchain ecosystem summaries, and digital asset reports
- Track developments across layer-1 and layer-2 networks, decentralized exchanges, crypto exchanges, DeFi platforms, Web3 startups, and infrastructure providers
- Analyze opportunities across smart contract ecosystems, DeFi markets, tokenized assets, stablecoins, blockchain infrastructure, and crypto-native products
- Collaborate with team members on technical research, market intelligence, crypto strategy, token analysis, and Web3 ecosystem projects
- Maintain organized research files, technical dashboards, token watchlists, protocol notes, market trackers, and Web3 intelligence resources

Required Qualifications:
- Strong interest in Web3 technology, cryptocurrency markets, blockchain networks, technical analysis, DeFi, stablecoins, and tokenized assets
- Familiarity with crypto market research, technical indicators, blockchain explorers, token analysis, smart contract platforms, or digital asset ecosystems
- Understanding of liquidity, volatility, price action, token sectors, market cycles, on-chain activity, protocol adoption, and Web3 business models
- Strong analytical, research, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to explain technical market trends, blockchain developments, digital asset risks, and Web3 opportunities clearly
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while managing multiple research and analysis priorities

Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with TradingView, blockchain explorers, crypto analytics tools, DeFi dashboards, market data platforms, GitHub, or protocol documentation is a plus
- Previous experience in crypto research, technical analysis, blockchain projects, fintech, software products, digital asset markets, DeFi, or Web3 communities is helpful
