Instrumentation Engineer - PLC at CARBYNETECH in Hyderabad

• Hands-on experience with PLC programming (Siemens S7 series or equivalent)
• SCADA configuration and visualization
• Microcontroller-based automation including sensor integration and basic communication protocols
• Selection, integration, and troubleshooting of instrumentation hardware (PLCs, HMIs, control panels)
• Familiarity with field instruments: control valves, temperature/pressure sensors, encoders, proximity sensors
• Preparation of instrumentation documents: I/O lists, cable schedules, interconnection diagrams
• Panel assembly, wiring, I/O loop testing, and instrument calibration
• Data logging and technical reporting
• Working knowledge of electrical systems and safety standards Aptitude for learning digital tools (PLM, ELN, LIMS, SAP)
• Exposure to IoT, IT/OT
