Job Description
Summary: Capital One is a leading financial services company that focuses on transforming customer experiences through innovative technology. The Sr. Associate, Product Manager will drive the roadmap for the Retail Bank Fraud Decisioning Platform, collaborating with stakeholders to enhance decision-making capabilities and improve customer protection.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with an agile engineering team to design and deliver product features for our internal customers
- Build a roadmap, own the backlog and prioritize high-leverage features grounded in our objectives
- Measured product success against our key outcomes and goals
- Build and maintain partnerships with leaders and stakeholders across the Bank
- Define, socialize and monitor key performance indicators to understand the impact and success of your features
- Apply strategic thinking to delivering product features that are well managed, including collaborating effectively with risk, compliance, legal, and privacy partners
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or military experience
- At least 1 year of experience working in Product Management
Preferred Qualifications:
- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into internal technical product requirements
- Experience building requirements for Agentic AI systems
