In this role, you will work with the Enterprise Payments Product team to enhance payment experiences, collaborating with various teams to identify and implement improvements that align with business goals and customer needs. Responsibilities: - Partner in the transformation of how millions of customers engage with their money - Responsible for improving the consistency, scalability, and adoption of payment experiences across our platforms - Work with teams across the organization to evaluate current processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions that support business goals and meet customer needs - Work across product areas such as Authorizations, Settlement, Disputes, Backoffice, Pricing, and Go-to-Market, using data, technology, and collaboration to deliver reliable, efficient, and user-friendly payment products Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or military experience - At least 1 year of product management experience or at least 1 year of experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering - 1+ years translating business strategy or analysis into consumer facing digital products - 1+ years of experience working on core product platforms powering digital experiences - 1+ years working with cross functional teams as a product owner in an agile development process Required Skills: Product Management, Agile Delivery, Business Analysis, Data Science, Software Engineering, Problem Solving, Leadership Benefits: Capital One offers a comprehensive, competitive, and inclusive set of health, financial and other benefits that support your total well-being.
