Our Full-Service Offerings Include: Neurotoxin injections (Dysport®) Dermal fillers (Restylane®) Skin treatments: HydraFacial®, microneedling, chemical peels, and IPL photofacials Laser hair removal Medical-grade skincare (ZO Skin Health) Skin tightening treatments Fat reduction treatments (Kybella®, CoolSculpting®) Surgical cosmetic procedures available on-site through our medical team Requirements Your Role: As an Aesthetic Injector, you will perform cosmetic injectable treatments, help patients achieve their aesthetic goals, and contribute to a premium client experience in a supportive, team-oriented environment. What You’ll Do: Perform injectable treatments (neurotoxins, fillers) with skill and precision Conduct consultations, create customized treatment plans, and provide follow-up care Educate patients on skincare, wellness, and treatment options Maintain accurate and timely documentation Support team success through collaboration and exceptional client service What We’re Looking For: Licensed NP, PA, or RN in Virginia Med Spa industry experience and experience with aesthetic injectables are required Professional, polished, and client-centered approach Strong communication skills and attention to detail Comfortable with sales and treatment planning What We Offer (for eligible full/part-time roles): Competitive hourly pay + commission/bonus opportunities Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off Ongoing training and professional development Employee discounts on services and products A supportive, growth-focused work environment Salary Description $40 - $50 + Commission
