Job Description
Summary: Capital Group is a company dedicated to improving people’s lives through successful investing. The Private Client Service Associate is responsible for managing client inquiries, acting as a liaison between teams, and ensuring exceptional service delivery to clients and prospects.
Responsibilities:
- Serving as a point of client contact by managing client inquiries via email inbox and telephone calls
- Acting as a liaison between Practice and centralized operations teams, monitoring completion of activities related to client accounts
- Participating in execution of PWAs business plan, including accomplishing sales and client retention goals
- Delivering exceptional service to clients, prospects, and centers of influence by managing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely completion of all requests
- Supporting the practice’s operational efficiency by coordinating client meetings and calendars, preparing presentation materials, handling customized reporting, and trading requests, maintaining accurate documentation, and managing the practice’s inbox and digital presence
- Partnering closely with internal teams and specialists, leveraging data to meet sales and service objectives, and contributing to a consistent, high-quality client and prospect experience across the practice
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Demonstrates strong initiative, sound judgment, and the ability to identify, assess, and appropriately escalate risks
- Effectively plans, prioritizes, and manages work—independently and when coordinating with others
- Shows strong written and verbal communication skills and builds effective rapport with internal and external partners
- Collaborates well within teams and can influence or facilitate discussions with peers
- Maintains confidentiality and handles sensitive information with professionalism
- Exhibits intellectual curiosity, analytical thinking, and a service‑oriented approach when resolving client or operational matters
