Summary: Capgemini is a global business and technology transformation partner helping organizations accelerate digital and sustainable transformation. The company is seeking a Junior SCM Consultant to develop and enhance Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM integrations, build Oracle PaaS services, and support API-based enterprise integrations using AI-assisted development practices.

Responsibilities:
- Develop & enhance Oracle Fusion Cloud integrations SCM
- Build & maintain services on Oracle Integration Cloud Oracle PaaS
- Use Claude Code and other AI coding assistants to accelerate development, refactoring, testing, & documentation
- Write & troubleshoot REST/SOAP integrations, data mappings, and transformations
- Support API‑based integrations between Oracle Fusion & external systems
- Assist with POCs, MVPs, & automation initiatives leveraging AI‑enabled development workflows
- Participate in code reviews, sprint ceremonies, & design discussions

Required Qualifications:
- Atlanta/Houston
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
- 1-2 years of professional or internship experience in software development
- Hands‑on experience using Oracle Cloud SCM
- Strong curiosity about AI‑assisted development & enterprise systems
- Clear communication skills & willingness to learn in a team environment
