Business Controller- Finance at Capgemini in Hybrid - Pune

We are looking for an experienced Business Unit Controller to partner with business and account teams, manage financial planning, reporting, and compliance, and support business growth through strong financial insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a finance business partner for senior stakeholders and account leaders
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for reviews
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards (IFRS 15 mandatory)
• Collaborate with project managers, PMO, sales, and finance teams
• Provide insights to improve profitability and support business growth
• Drive process improvements and automation, including use of AI tools

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in controlling, reporting, or business finance
• Experience in IT/Consulting or international companies preferred
• Strong knowledge of IFRS 15
• Good understanding of financial statements and business metrics
• Strong communication skills (English)
• Detailoriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple stakeholders
