AI Engineer (Entry-Level / Associate) Location: Baltimore, MD | Practice Area: Technology & Engineering | Type: Permanent Build the next generation of AI-powered applications using cutting-edge technologies and real-world impact The Role We are seeking an early-career AI Engineer to join our growing Technology & Engineering practice. This role offers the opportunity to work hands-on with generative AI, foundation models, and modern full-stack development while being supported by experienced engineers. You will contribute to building intelligent applications that solve real business challenges across financial services, with exposure to front, middle, and back-office operations transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine technical curiosity with an understanding of financial services operations, helping clients reinvent and optimize operational processes through AI-enabled solutions while supporting business analysis, feature reporting, and stakeholder collaboration.
