Job Description
Summary: Canon Financial Services, Inc. is currently hiring for their 2026 Canon Insights Internship Program. The Vendor Finance Intern will support key departmental initiatives and daily operations, including dealer onboarding, credit application management, and CRM maintenance while gaining hands-on work experience in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to new dealers to welcome them to the CFS program, explain our value proposition, and guide them through the initial onboarding steps
- Input and submit credit applications through the Nexus platform, ensuring all data is accurate for the underwriting team
- Act as a steward of our data by updating and managing leads, accounts, and opportunities within Salesforce.com
- Provide administrative and operational assistance to the Vendor Finance team on special projects and daily tasks
- Serve as a professional first point of contact for prospective partners, maintaining the high standards of the Canon brand
Required Qualifications:
- An enrolled undergraduate student who is currently a junior and entering their senior year as of Summer 2026, pursuing a Bachelor's degree aligned with the department of interest
- A strong communicator—both written and verbal—with advanced proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Chat, Calendar and Drive)
- Currently enrolled as a student in an accredited college or university
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities
- Self‑motivated with a proactive approach to tasks
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with diverse teams
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and gain hands‑on experience
