Design Student Intern at CannonDesign in St Louis, MO

Summary: CannonDesign is a design practice where strategy, experience, architecture, engineering, and social impact converge. This internship provides students with an opportunity to participate in the design process and assist with various project-related tasks under the supervision of a Licensed Architect. Responsibilities: - Participate in and observe the design process - Participate in the review of construction phase documentation - Attend project, team and office meetings - Explore various software platforms such as Revit, the Adobe Creative Suite, Rhino, Sketch-up, and Grasshopper - Assist with building physical building models - Assist with product research - Attend in-house project team meetings - May perform other duties as required Required Qualifications: - Must be a recent High School graduate with a strong interest in pursuing a degree in the AEC industry Preferred Qualifications: - Strong communication, teamwork, presentation, and organizational skills are preferred Required Skills: Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Rhino, SketchUp, Grasshopper
