Sales Engineer – Aluminium & Glass… at CanDoor Glass… · Abu Dhabi

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities for aluminium works and glass partition projects.
• Generate leads and build relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, interior designers, and clients.
• Visit clients and project sites to understand project requirements.
• Promote and sell aluminium doors, windows, aluminium fabrication, glass partitions, office partitions, and related architectural solutions.
• Prepare quotations, technical proposals, and sales presentations.
• Read and understand architectural drawings, BOQs, and project specifications.
• Take site measurements and coordinate with the estimation and technical teams.
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations, negotiations, and project orders.
• Coordinate with production, installation, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and develop new accounts.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Monitor market trends and identify new project opportunities.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
• 2–5 years of sales experience in aluminium works, glass partitions, architectural glass, doors & windows, façade, or construction.
• Good technical knowledge of aluminium systems and glass partition systems.
• Ability to understand drawings, BOQs, measurements, and project specifications.
• Strong sales, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience in project sales and business development is preferred.
• UAE driving license is must.
• Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi/UAE construction market will be an advantage.
• Ability to generate leads, follow up with clients, and achieve sales targets.
• Self-motivated, presentable, and able to work independently.

Benefits: Commission

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
