Job Description
Summary: Campus is an innovative educational institution focused on reimagining college education by offering a two-year accredited program with a strong emphasis on business and AI skills. They are seeking an Office Manager to oversee office operations, support the leadership team, and foster a positive workplace culture while managing logistics and vendor relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a welcoming face to the office for guests, new employees, and our team
- Oversee office cleanliness and maintenance, ensuring a clean, tidy, and clutter-free workspace
- Manage office and building logistics, including maintenance, deliveries, and guest access
- Support IT needs for new hires, including setting up workstations, coordinating with IT for software installations, and ensuring all equipment is functional
- Act as the building point of contact for security and safety expectations
- Keep the pantry stocked and manage kitchen pantry equipment orders within budget expectations
- Manage inventory of supplies and pantry items
- Oversee office social events and happy hours, fostering a positive workplace culture
- Lead logistics, vendor coordination, setup/breakdown, and day-of execution for office events
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-2 years of experience in office management, operations, or an executive/administrative support role, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently and execute with minimal oversight
- Experience managing vendor relationships, office budgets, and facilities coordination
- Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail
- A collaborative, can-do attitude and genuine enthusiasm for building great workplace culture
