Compensation Intern at Camping World in Lincolnshire, IL

Summary: Camping World is seeking a Compensation Intern to support the administration of compensation data and processes. The role involves analyzing large datasets, updating job descriptions, and partnering with various business units to optimize compensation-related activities. Responsibilities: - Support the day-to-day administration of compensation data, processes and analysis - Monitor and analyze large datasets to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for optimization - Work with business units on career architecture. Provide current data for review and implement applicable changes - Review current job descriptions and update into current template - Partner with Finance and Business Operations to reconcile incentive payouts against accruals, forecasts, and actual performance metrics Required Qualifications: - In pursuit of a degree, or a recent graduate with a concentration in Human Resources, Data-Analytics, or related field - Cumulative 3.0 GPA - A graduation date between December 2026-July 2027 - Ability to relocate to Chicago for the summer term (June 1-August 7).
