TEMPORARY POSITION FOR 4 WEEKS! We are seeking a dependable and hands-on Temporary Maintenance Technician to assist with the daily maintenance and upkeep of a condominium community for a four-week assignment, from November 8 through December 8. The ideal candidate will have general maintenance experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to handle routine repairs and property upkeep. This position requires someone who is reliable, punctual, safety-conscious, and comfortable working independently as well as alongside the existing maintenance team. Key Responsibilities Perform general maintenance, repairs, and upkeep throughout the condominium property. Complete minor plumbing repairs, basic electrical tasks, light bulb replacements, and other routine maintenance duties within the scope of their training and authorization. Assist with painting, drywall repairs, touch-ups, and other minor property improvements. Inspect common areas, hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and other shared spaces to identify maintenance needs. Assist with cleaning and maintaining common areas, equipment, and facilities as needed. Respond to maintenance requests and complete assigned work orders promptly. Assist with moving furniture, setting up areas, and other physical tasks as required by the property. Report significant maintenance issues, safety hazards, or repairs requiring specialized attention to the Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager. Follow all property procedures, safety guidelines, and instructions from management. Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and organized condition. Perform other related maintenance duties as assigned during the temporary assignment. TEMPORARY POSITION FOR 4 WEEKS!
