Position Type: Marketing

Overview:

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Ecommerce Marketing Manager to lead Camco’s digital commerce efforts across our digital ecosystem including: corporate site experience, direct-to-consumer (D2C) strategy, dealer portal support, and product content management (PIM/DAM). This position is ideal for someone who can move fluidly between strategy and execution — establishing performance baselines, driving cross-functional projects, and scaling Camco’s ecommerce presence.

This candidate will own the strategy and execution for CAMCO.net, dealer portal marketing support, D2C channel growth, and unified product data across ERP, PIM, and DAM systems, partnering closely with Marketing, IT and Sales to deliver measurable results. A strong analytical mindset, project management discipline, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives are key to success in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Own and execute Camco’s ecommerce strategy across four pillars: corporate site experience, D2C, dealer portal support, and content management (PIM/DAM)
• Conduct full audits of CAMCO.net, the dealer portal, and existing D2C activity to establish KPI baselines for sessions, bounce rate, conversion rate, and revenue
• Lead SEO strategy and execution to grow organic traffic and improve search rankings for priority product categories
• Build and maintain analytics dashboards to track ecommerce performance and report ROI to leadership
• Develop Camco’s direct-to-consumer (D2C) strategy, including consumer journey mapping, email/warranty-based data capture, and D2C revenue tracking
• Partner with the dealer network and internal teams to improve dealer portal self-service capabilities, including ordering, product lookup, account management, and warranty/claims support
• Support dealer marketing programs, including co-branded assets, seasonal campaigns, and new product alerts
• Lead product information and digital asset management (PIM/DAM) initiatives — auditing product data, closing content gaps, and coordinating with retail partners such as Amazon and Walmart on enriched product content
• Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Sales, and Marketing to align data flows between ERP, PIM, DAM, and ecommerce/retailer channels
• Stay current on ecommerce, SEO, and digital commerce trends and the competitive landscape

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Ecommerce, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, or D2C strategy roles
• Proven experience with SEO, web analytics (Google Analytics), and building performance dashboards
• Experience with PIM/DAM platforms and product data management is a strong plus
• Familiarity with B2B dealer/distributor portals or B2B2C business models is a plus
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills — comfortable working with IT, Sales, and Marketing stakeholders
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive salary
• 401k with company match
• Participation in company health (medical, dental) insurance plans. Supplemental insurance offered
• Promote work/life balance including paid time off and paid holidays
• Flexible schedule options available
