They are seeking a Data Analyst Intern to assist in configuring web applications, creating reports, and ensuring data quality to support their educational solutions. Responsibilities: - Configuring a web application using SQL and a web-based user interface based on technical specifications and instructions given in Jira tickets - Creating ad-hoc reports using SQL - Integrating data from multiple data sets, examining and interpreting complex data sets and making findings relevant and actionable - Setting up, deploying, configuring, and monitoring multiple systems using web-based dashboards and querying application logs - Providing timely, accurate and reliable management reporting and research of data - Creating innovative solutions to a range of complex data requests - Assisting in the development of additional information system projects, as needed - Verifying data quality to ensure accurate reporting Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in MIS, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Management, Computer Science or a related field - Must be detail-oriented with excellent data and quantitative skills - Demonstrated ability to apply innovative and resourceful solutions to solve challenges and the ability to meet detailed project goals while working autonomously - Must have excellent written and verbal skills with the ability to clearly organize thoughts and/or document content and convey complex concepts effectively regardless of audience - Must be proficient with Microsoft SQL Server and SQL Reporting Services, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access and other database tools Preferred Qualifications: - Familiarity with Python is a plus Required Skills: Microsoft SQL Server, SQL Reporting Services, Microsoft Excel Important Skills: Data analysis Nice-to-Have Skills: Python
