Program Director at Calvary Hospital in New York, NY

Position is full time and grant funded for 5 years

Responsibilities

- Oversight for adoption and sustained integration of the nursing care delivery model and interdisciplinary model of care.
- Oversight of the development, implementation, and sustained integration of a shared governance model
- Oversees data & NDQI reporting, data analysis & Interpretation and dissemination
- Assures that nursing practice is evidence based

• NYS Registered Nurse License unencumbered

• MSN Required

• Management experience 3-5 years

• Shared Governance experience

• Magnet or Pathway to Excellence experience

• Professional certification in a related specialty of willingness to obtain with in 3 years of hire.

Annual Salary: $150,000-$155,000
