Summary: Callaway Golf Company is a premium golf equipment and apparel company seeking a Finance Intern. The role provides hands-on experience in financial analysis, report generation, and supports the Financial Ops team with various responsibilities. Responsibilities: - The Finance Intern will report directly to a Finance leader and offer hands-on experience performing financial analysis and report generation - Generate monthly cost center variance reports - Assist with month-end reconciliation - Developing an understanding of company operations and reporting tools/practices - Participate in the monthly forecasting process - Provide general support to the Financial Ops team and complete special projects as needed Required Qualifications: - Currently matriculated student with at least 1 full year of coursework completed - Must possess high initiative and ability to be self-motivated with minimal supervision - Detail oriented - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, able to multi-task - Strong interpersonal communication skills; flexibility; and responsiveness - Good communication skills, both oral and written - Familiarity with MS Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) required Preferred Qualifications: - Coursework in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration helpful - Majoring in Accounting, Finance, Analytics or Economics preferred - Previous related internship or prior experience preferred, but not required - Knowledge of SAP is helpful Required Skills: Financial analysis, Report generation, Cost center variance reporting, Month-end reconciliation, Forecasting, MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SAP, Responsiveness, Multi-tasking
