Caliber is looking for a Senior Manager, Training & Development, to support our Caliber Auto Glass business portfolio. This function is part of Caliber’s Growth businesses that continue to see year-over-year growth, expansion, investment, and increasing impact to the organization’s bottom line. The role will report to the Sr. Director, Learning & Development (Growth Businesses).

In this role, the Sr. Manager will lead the people, learning strategy, and core development programs for this function. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for an experienced Learning & Development, Technical Training, or Workforce Development professional who enjoys developing people, building scalable programs, and connecting learning to business results. You’ll lead a team of training professionals and oversee programs spanning technical training, onboarding, front-line leadership development, apprenticeships, field training, and career development, while partnering with operational leaders to ensure our teams have the skills they need to succeed.

You’ll help shape how talent is developed across our Auto Glass portfolio while leading a high-performing training organization. Auto glass experience is a nice-to-have - not a requirement. • Apprenticeship, military transition, or workforce development experience.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and ability to meet company MVR requirements.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Ability to travel approximately 30–40% to support field training, team development, and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to work in office, training, shop, and field environments as needed.
