Research Analyst at CAI in FL-CLIENT-STATE

Summary: CAI is a global services firm with over 9,000 associates and a strong focus on uniting talent and technology. They are seeking a motivated Research Analyst to support the Account Research Manager by researching account records, assembling data, and fulfilling requests. Responsibilities: - Research and assemble account records and/or data for public records requests and subpoenas - Utilize multiple applications to retrieve and compile images - Create CA Service Desk tickets when required - Create and update documents using Microsoft Office Suite - Communicate and document findings specific to each request - Review records for accuracy and completeness prior to submission - Collect and analyze data - Enter and update Vector with complete and accurate notes, document attachments, and vehicle information based on established guidelines - Perform all job functions in compliance with established performance measures Required Qualifications: - Minimum of 3 months of experience as an Image Verifier, Customer Care Specialist, or Correspondence Analyst - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling and documentation - Ability to analyze and interpret data effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to manage multiple systems and applications simultaneously - Strong written and verbal communication skills Preferred Qualifications: - Experience working with public records requests or subpoenas - Familiarity with ticketing systems such as CA Service Desk - Experience with Vector or similar data entry systems Required Skills: Image verification, Customer care, Correspondence analysis, Data analysis, Microsoft Office Suite, Public records requests, Subpoenas, Ticketing systems, Data entry systems Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401k retirement account access, Paid sick leave, Other paid time off as provided by applicable law
