Job Description We are looking for a QA Automation Analyst to focus on both manual testing and automation efforts. This position will be full-time and hybrid - Bangalore. What You’ll Do Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks and scripts using Selenium, Playwright, or similar tools Contribute to automation strategy, ensuring maximum coverage and reusability Perform manual testing for new features, exploratory testing, and edge cases not suitable for automation Analyze requirements and create test scenarios, test cases, and test data Ensure regression coverage through automation, reducing manual effort over time Integrate test suites into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps) for continuous testing Execute test cycles, log defects, and drive defect closure with dev teams Perform API validation and basic automation where applicable Conduct performance testing using JMeter and provide insights Participate in test planning, estimation, and reporting Continuously identify opportunities to shift-left and improve quality processes What You'll Need Required: Strong hands-on experience in UI Automation (Selenium/Playwright or similar) Proficiency in Java and/or JavaScript Solid experience in manual testing (functional, regression, exploratory, smoke) Experience with Azure DevOps / CI-CD integration Good understanding of test design techniques and defect lifecycle Experience in performance testing using JMeter Strong debugging and analytical skills Experience in API automation/testing Exposure to BDD frameworks (Cucumber, SpecFlow, etc.) Physical Demands Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc. Reasonable accommodation statement If you require a reasonable accommodation in completing this application, interviewing, completing any pre-employment testing, or otherwise participating in the employment selection process, please direct your inquiries to application.accommodations@cai.io or (888) 824 – 8111.
