Job Title: HR Recruiter Intern (Paid Internship)
Location: Remote
Internship Duration: 6 Months
Department: Human Resources (Talent Acquisition)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Understand client hiring requirements.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment platforms.
• Screen resumes according to job requirements.
• Conduct telephonic screening and initial interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
• Ensure timely closure of assigned hiring requirements.
• Learn and follow recruitment best practices.

Eligibility

• Graduate or Postgraduate Freshers(Any HR Stream).
• MBA (HR) students/freshers are preferred.
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.
• Own laptop and stable internet connection are mandatory.
