WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO

You’ll learn how to create trust, identify roofing needs, and guide homeowners toward the right solution. This is professional, face-to-face sales work focused on serving customers in the community, not simply knocking doors.

You will:

• Build relationships with homeowners and understand their roofing needs
• Guide customers through storm restoration and roof replacement
• Present solutions clearly and represent C&R Roofing with professionalism
• Train with experienced leaders and develop the skills needed to advance

EARNINGS AND CAREER PATH

Your earning potential grows as your skills and results grow.

• Entry-Level Roofing Rep: $6,000-$12,000 per month
• Roofing Closer: $15,000-$40,000 per month
• Sales Leader: $200,000-$350,000+ annually

Compensation includes performance-based bonuses and uncapped commission. Top performers regularly exceed these ranges. Effort drives results.
