CDL-A OTR Solo Truck Driver at C.R. England in Long Beach, CA
Job Description
Southern California drivers who want long-haul work in a late-model truck can take this OTR solo seat, with loads and haul lengths planned around where you live.
You run mostly refrigerated freight with some dry loads mixed in, and all of it is no-touch. Expect two to three weeks out, followed by two to three days off.
Good communication with customers and fleet managers goes a long way here, along with a solid work ethic.
The Freight:
- Primarily refrigerated goods
- Some dry freight
- No-touch loads
- Delivery locations vary based on where you live
Schedule:
- 2-3 weeks out
- 2-3 days off
Your Equipment:
- Freightliner trucks three years old or newer
- Automatic transmission
- Pulling 53' trailers
- Latest safety features on board
Support On The Road:
- One of the newest fleets in the country, kept running smoothly so your rig doesn't slow you down
- A safety-first culture backed by modern safety equipment
Pay Details:
- Safe and On Time Bonus - Up to 3% Weekly
- Pay per mile (CPM)
- Pay is based on 1+years of experience to these OTR accounts
Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL
- 21 years of age or older
- 3+ months of recent Class A CDL experience
