Summary: C.A. Fortune is seeking a Bilingual Grocery Merchandiser to manage assigned territories through store visits and merchandising tasks. The role involves ensuring products are well-stocked, conducting audits, and utilizing mobile technology for reporting and communication. Responsibilities: - Complete store visits, surveys, and tasks in assigned territory - Sell, merchandise, and maintain distribution within various accounts - Ensure clients' products are well stocked and order if product is not in stock or low - Use mobile apps for reporting, photo uploads, task completion, and communication - Switch between tasks such as stocking, reporting, and communicating with store teams throughout the day - Drive to various retail locations and conduct audits and merchandising in grocery stores - Verify that clients' products are accurately represented on store shelves - Report findings and data to management through downloaded app - Maintain a safe working environment while working in stores - Adhere to attendance and dress code guidelines - Perform physical activities, including frequent standing, walking, bending, squatting, and lifting up to 50 pounds - Comply with additional guidelines established by the Store Team - Attend client kick-off video calls - Serve as a Brand Ambassador by building and cultivating relationships with store and department managers - Monitor sales volume and inventory levels - Present and create awareness with store management about approved deals from corporate - Encourage stores to order more products and accept the orders - Support promotional activities by negotiating/building displays to ensure product availability for consumers - Place in-store promotional materials such as neck-hangers, aisle stoppers, danglers, coupons, and samples - Rotate products and assist with new item cut-ins - Monitor and ensure the approved schematic layout and planogram - Take pictures of products, displays, and competitive sets - Complete daily and weekly reports as instructed - Execute special promotional campaigns and resets as directed - Perform additional activities as requested by company management Required Qualifications: - Bilingual in Spanish and English is a must - High School Diploma or GED - Reliable transportation - Valid Driver License - Proof of Automobile insurance - Reliable phone (no older than 5 years) service and internet service for daily communication - Ability to take pictures and complete reporting requirements with the technology provided - Ability to repeatedly bend and lift up to 50 pounds - Excellent communication skills - Ability to perform physical activities, i.e., frequent standing, walking, bending, squatting, lifting, etc - Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds - Must be able to switch between tasks such as stocking, reporting, and communicating with store teams throughout the day - Must adhere to attendance and dress code guidelines Required Skills: Retail Merchandising, Mobile App Usage for Reporting, Product Stocking, Inventory Monitoring, Sales Volume Monitoring, Driving with Valid License, Physical Ability to Lift 50 Pounds, Bilingual Spanish and English Benefits: Fuel stipends - $32/ day, Communication stipends - $2.50/ day, 401k with company match, PTO and sick days, Medical, Dental, Vision
