What You'll Do
As a Registered Nurse, you will provide clinical leadership and direct nursing care while helping ensure residents receive the highest quality care possible.
Responsibilities include:
Providing direct nursing care to residents
Supervising and supporting CNAs and QMAs
Monitoring resident conditions and responding appropriately to changes
Administering treatments and medications as ordered
Coordinating care with physicians, pharmacists, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams
Completing assessments, charting, and required documentation
Supporting resident admissions, transfers, and discharges
Participating in care planning and quality improvement initiatives
Responding to resident, family, and staff concerns
Maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations
Serving as a mentor, teacher, and role model for nursing staff
Most importantly, you'll help create an environment where residents feel safe, valued, respected, and cared for.
Job Type
Full time and part time available
1st, 2nd, 3rd shifts available
Every other weekend and rotating holidays required
Requirements
Required Qualifications
Must possess, as a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved RN/LPN program. Must have an active license.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with individuals living with dementia, behavioral health challenges, developmental disabilities, traumatic brain injuries, or other specialized populations.

$37.12 - $39.30
