Role & responsibilities

• Generate new life insurance business through customer acquisition and referrals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Understand customer financial goals and insurance requirements.
• Explain life insurance products, benefits, features, premiums, and policy terms to customers.
• Generate leads through branch referrals, existing customers, calling, and other available sources.
• Conduct customer meetings and follow up regularly to convert leads into business.
• Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up of leads.
• Coordinate with bank/branch staff, customers, and internal teams for smooth policy issuance.
