Recruiter Intern at Buzzworks Business Services in Navi Mumbai

Role & responsibilities

• Source candidates for white-collar positions through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Understand job descriptions and identify suitable candidates based on required qualifications, skills, and experience.
• Conduct initial candidate screening through calls and virtual interactions.
• Explain job roles, responsibilities, salary, benefits, eligibility criteria, and interview processes to candidates.
• Shortlist and share relevant profiles with the recruitment team or clients.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers/clients.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, selections, documentation, and joining.
• Maintain accurate candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and MIS reports.
• Assist in bulk hiring and multiple-position recruitment activities.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Support senior recruiters in day-to-day recruitment and coordination activities.
• Ensure regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Preferred candidate profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Good understanding of candidate sourcing and screening.
• Comfortable making recruitment calls and interacting with professionals.
• Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Strong follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a target-oriented and fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn modern recruitment and talent acquisition practices.
• Freshers and candidates pursuing/recently completed BBA, BMS, MBA (HR), or any relevant graduation can apply.
• Prior recruitment or internship experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Candidates interested in Recruitment / HR / Talent Acquisition / Executive Search are preferred.
