The Best Restoration Call Is the One You Make Before the Water Shows Up

Too often, a property team picks its restoration partner in the middle of an emergency. Residents are affected, ownership wants answers, and nobody has time to compare options.

This role exists to change that. As RestorePro's Multifamily Sales Consultant, you'll help apartment communities and commercial properties across Greater Charlotte get ready before a loss — and build the relationships that make RestorePro the first call when one happens.

It's a sales role with a consultative edge. Preparedness is the conversation. Relationships are the result. Revenue follows.

How the Role Works

You'll work in the field across the Greater Charlotte Metro area, sitting down with the people who would be making the call on a bad day and talking through how they'd respond. You'll introduce RestorePro before they ever need us.

Over time, those conversations turn into a network of property teams and referral partners who think of you first.

Who You'll Be Working With

• Property managers and community managers

• Regional property managers

• Multifamily owners and operators

• Commercial property managers and facility directors

• Commercial real estate professionals

• Insurance professionals

• Plumbers and HVAC contractors

• General contractors and other strategic referral partners

What You'll Actually Do

• Walk into properties and management offices and introduce RestorePro in person

• Sit down with property and regional managers to talk through emergency response planning before a loss

• Prospect new multifamily and commercial accounts

• Build relationships with ownership and management groups

• Develop referral partnerships with plumbers, HVAC contractors, and other trade professionals

• Attend apartment association, commercial real estate, and networking events

• Follow up consistently and track every opportunity in CRM

• Hand off to operations when a relationship turns into an active project

You won't succeed waiting for the phone to ring. You'll have training, coaching, and operational support behind you — and you'll still be expected to prospect, open doors, and produce results.

Who We're Looking For

Property and community management professionals who have lived the hard days — who know what a good plan looks like and what happens without one — and want to turn that experience into a sales career.

If you've ever been the person holding a property together while everyone else scrambled, you'll understand why this conversation matters to the people you'll be meeting.

What Success Looks Like

• Property teams that know your name and RestorePro's before an emergency happens

• A steady rhythm of qualified, in-person meetings

• Emergency response planning conversations happening across your territory

• A healthy, measurable pipeline in CRM

• Referral relationships that produce repeat opportunities

• Revenue growth that moves you toward six-figure income potential
