Concrete Finisher at Burgess Civil in Remote

Burgess Civil is currently seeking an experienced Concrete Finisher to join our team. This role requires hands-on experience in concrete work, specifically involving sidewalks, driveways, pads, and curbs. Preference will be given to candidates with a background in finishing behind a curb machine.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in concrete finishing (including sidewalks, driveways, and curbs) – REQUIRED
• Skilled in hand forming, pouring, leveling, and smoothing concrete
• Experience operating a curb machine is a strong plus
• Proficient in using concrete power tools
• Previous experience working on construction job sites
• Knowledge of and ability to install different kind of curbs
• Must be comfortable performing hand form work as needed
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Ability to lift 50 or more pounds and ability to lift, carry, bend, crawl, squat, climb, kneel, push, pull, and crouch and able to stand for long period of time
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions and on different terrain type

Pay: Compensation will be based on experience.
