Job Description
Summary: Bully Pulpit International is an outcomes agency that specializes in strategic communications, public affairs, and digital marketing. The Analyst in Messaging & Measurement will support research design and analysis for various clients, helping to develop communication strategies and manage research projects.
Responsibilities:
- Work on corporate, public affairs, political, and other client-related research projects
- Draft survey questionnaires and focus group discussion guides; produce first draft analysis on research projects – in both written and visual form
- Help advise clients and internal BPI teams on communications strategies, messaging, and targeting
- Together with our Survey Ops team, monitor and manage surveys in the field and focus group recruitment; serve as project manager for active research projects
- Oversee the production of client deliverables such as toplines, crosstabs, and time series analyses
- Support new business proposal and presentation development as needed
- Provide support to the team and clients as needed
Required Qualifications:
- Great written and oral communication skills
- Exceptional analytical, decision making, and time-management skills
- 1-3 years' experience with polling, surveys, research methodology, quantitative data and analysis
- Experience and familiarity with qualitative and quantitative research
- Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills
- Intellectual curiosity, and always asking 'why?'
- Excels in fast-paced work environments and juggling multiple projects with tight deadlines
- Outstanding collaboration skills with the ability to work independently and self-directed
- Expertise with Microsoft Office Suite
