Job Description
Design That Demands Attention. Work That Defines Culture.
We’re looking for a Senior Designer who turns sharp thinking into jaw-dropping creative, someone who sees what’s next before the world does—and brings it to life with craft, conviction, and cultural edge.
At Bulletproof London, you’ll shape brands people love (and envy) across the globe. You’ll be part of a creative force that thrives on breaking norms—an independent powerhouse of 400 minds, and one obsession: creating desire through disruption. This isn’t about following briefs; it’s about redefining them. You’ll push craft, lift ideas, guide others, and spark change from the inside out—all while surrounded by a team that backs bold moves and real collaboration.
This is where ambition meets opportunity. If you’ve got the hunger, we’ve got the stage.
ABOUT US:
• 400+ strong global brand agency
• 100% independent
• 28 years young
• 8 studios around the world
Offering unrivalled creativity at global scale, Bulletproof is the world’s largest independent brand agency. Across eight studios, 400 liked-minded individuals create desire through disruption, delivering Growth, Standout and Fandom for our clients. Truly independent, we pride ourselves on shunning convention and getting sh*t done; above all, we march to the beat of our own drum.
As a business, we blur the lines between insight, innovation, strategy, design, digital, and environmental; all the while bringing our clients the very best of the best.
At Bulletproof we have three core beliefs:
WE BELIEVE GREAT IDEAS CHANGE THE WORLD
We believe in the power of creativity to influence human behaviour, affect change and pierce conventions.
WE BELIEVE PEOPLE MAKE THE DIFFERENCE
We celebrate human connectivity and culture, and believe diversity delivers richer, deeper thinking with an infectious energy.
WE BELIEVE NAÏVEity breeds brilliance
We believe remaining relentlessly curious and open to new possibilities leads to purer, more interesting and uncharted creative solutions.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
As a Senior Designer, you will be required to:
- Shape and deliver complex design work from early thinking through to execution, maintaining high standards of craft and clarity
- Turn strategic insight into clear creative routes that stand up to scrutiny and evolve through refinement
- Present and articulate creative thinking to clients, helping them understand decisions and make confident choices
- Work closely across disciplines (creative, strategy, client services, motion, digital, etc.) to create cohesive, well-considered work
- Contribute thoughtful critique and perspective that sharpens ideas and strengthens overall output
- Navigate ambiguity, pressure, and competing demands with confidence, keeping work moving and focused
- Offer practical guidance to juniors and mids in the flow of the work, supporting quality without formal responsibility
- Champion consistency, detail, and craft across everything you touch
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
Solid graphic design experience with a strong portfolio of FMCG and consumer brand work covering Brandworld/VIS and 360° brand systems
Experience working beyond packaging, with a clear grasp of how brands operate across multiple touchpoints (ideally with some global brand exposure)
A strategic and conceptual mindset, with the ability to develop and evolve strong creative ideas
Ability to take ownership of key parts of projects, progressing work independently and maintaining momentum
Clear communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and creative thinking
Confidence in client-facing situations, helping present and represent work effectively
A collaborative, positive team presence - supporting juniors and working closely with seniors to keep creative output on track.
In line with our three core beliefs, we’re looking for people that share our community spirit and are curious enough to question the status quo. Could this be you? If so apply below!
