Lead Generation Specialist – Construction Services

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Lead Generation Specialist to help generate qualified leads for our construction and home-service clients in the United States.

The ideal candidate has experience with Facebook MarkYou will be responsible for finding potential customers, engaging with them, collecting their information, and generating qualified leads for our clients.

Requirements

• Experience in BPO, customer service, lead generation, sales, appointment setting, or virtual assistance
• Previous experience in lead generation is a strong advantage
• BPO experience with outbound calls, chat, email, or customer service is welcome
• Good written and spoken English
• Comfortable communicating with customers in the US
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Willing to learn our lead-generation process and construction/home-service industry
• Strong attention to detail and ability to properly collect customer information
• Reliable internet connection and a computer
• Able to work independently and meet daily/weekly targets
• Willing to work a US-based schedule

Preferred, but Not Required

• Experience with Facebook Marketplace, Facebook Groups, or Facebook Ads
• Experience generating leads for construction or home-service businesses
• Experience with CRM systems, Google Sheets, or similar tools
• Previous sales or appointment-setting experience

Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
