Ensure responsible alcohol serving practices in accordance with legal requirements and company policies. Maintain a clean and organized bar area at all times. Check identification to verify legal drinking age (must be 21+). Keep track of stock levels and notify management when supplies are low. Engage with guests to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere. Handle cash and credit transactions accurately. Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations. Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth operation. Promote specials and new beverage offerings. Requirements Qualifications: Proven experience as a bartender with extensive liquor and cocktail knowledge. Must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid bartending or alcohol server certification if required. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
