Who We Are: Our Core Values

These five core values drive how we hire, work, and treat each other every day:

• Quality (If it's not solid, it doesn't roll out): Quality isn't simply repairing a vehicle correctly. It includes everything the customer experiences, from the initial phone call to the final delivery of their vehicle.
• Honesty (We tell the truth, even when it costs us): Communicating truthfully and accurately with customers, coworkers, and leadership, even when the conversation is uncomfortable.
• Integrity (We do what's right, not just what's allowed): Our actions match our words, commitments, and values, whether someone is watching or not.
• Helpful (To each other and every customer): Actively looking for opportunities to make a positive difference for customers and teammates.
• Teamwork (We move as one): Recognizing that our individual success depends on the success of the entire team.
