Global FP&A Manager temporary 80-100% - Lucerne at Bucherer · Lucerne

To support our Group Finance team on a temporary basis from January to August 2027, we are looking for an experienced finance professional who delivers valuable insights and reporting to support financial decision-making across the Bucherer Group.

Your role with us

Support monthly closing activities, management reporting and performance analysis across the Group Contribute to budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning processes Partner with business leaders to deliver financial insights and recommendations that support informed decision-making Lead Marketing Controlling activities, including budget planning, spend monitoring, ROI analysis and campaign performance evaluation Oversee Investment Controlling through business case assessments, capital expenditure analyses and post-investment reviews Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives within reporting and planning processes while supporting strategic projects and ad hoc analyses

What you bring to the role

Bachelor’s degree in Controlling, Accounting, Finance or a comparable qualification in financial management Proven experience in FP&A, Controlling, Finance Business Partnering or Corporate Finance Experience within retail, luxury retail or consumer goods is an advantage Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, marketing controlling and investment analysis Advanced Excel skills and hands-on experience with Power BI, Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar reporting solutions Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management capabilities Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
