Consultant - São Paulo at BTS in São Paulo, São Paulo, BR

About BTS We’re a global consultancy that helps organizations bring their strategies to life through real experiences that shift mindsets and drive execution. For over 40 years, we’ve partnered with many of the world’s leading companies to accelerate transformation and build the leadership, business acumen, and alignment needed to turn strategy into results. Our culture is fast-moving, informal, collaborative, and deeply human. We learn by doing, think boldly, and have fun while creating real impact. What You’ll Do As a Consultant at BTS, you’ll help organizations translate their strategies into real, measurable outcomes. You’ll work closely with clients — from senior executives to emerging leaders — to design and deliver experiences that change how people think, act, and lead. Your day-to-day will include: Facilitating strategic workshops and leadership sessions, both in-person and virtually, helping teams connect their goals to business performance. Designing customized learning journeys and simulations, in partnership with our global Centers of Excellence. Analyzing business challenges to generate insights and recommendations that bridge strategy, leadership, and execution. Managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality, impact, and client satisfaction. Building trusted relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to expand our work and create long-term partnerships. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, bringing together creativity, analytical thinking, and a human touch. What We’re Looking For We’re looking for people who combine analytical rigor with exceptional communication and facilitation skills — professionals who can think strategically, engage others, and bring energy to every room. You might be a great fit if you have: 2–8 years of professional experience in consulting, strategy, finance, or corporate environments. Proven ability to structure problems, analyze data, and tell compelling stories with insights. Experience leading meetings, workshops, or client-facing projects. Native Portuguese and fluent English; Spanish is a plus. Strong presentation and interpersonal skills, with confidence to engage senior stakeholders. A collaborative, humble, and proactive mindset — someone who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced contexts. Willingness to travel (domestic and international). Availabiliy to work at São Paulo office (hybrid, 3x/week). Why BTS We’re big enough to be global, but small enough to stay entrepreneurial and personal. You’ll join a team that values freedom, responsibility, curiosity, and excellence — and believes that growth happens when people feel trusted and inspired. At BTS, you’ll find: A culture of learning and experimentation, where ideas are heard and initiative is celebrated. Exposure to C-level leaders and projects with major organizations across industries. Opportunities for international collaboration and growth. A fun, flexible, and inclusive environment where you can be yourself.
