• Handle international chats with ease, ensuring timely resolution of queries and issues.

• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues when necessary.

Job Requirements :
• Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar role or industry (BPO/Call Centre).
• Proficiency in handling international chat processes and protocols.
• Excellent English language proficiency for effective communication with global clients.
• Ability to work on rotational shifts (24X7)
