See how your contributions will help transform vision into reality: Position Overview:We are seeking a Marketing Intern to join our team at Land ‘N’ Sea Distributing, a full-service wholesale distributor serving the Marine, RV, and PWC industries for over 30 years. This internship offers hands-on experience supporting our Marketing department in the production of retail catalogs and product marketing materials, while gaining real exposure to product management, new product development, and category analysis. This internship offers more than administrative exposure — the intern will contribute to real projects, work alongside Product Managers, and step through the full lifecycle of bringing new products to market. The ideal candidate is a curious, detail-oriented student or recent graduate looking to build practical marketing skills in an established industry environment. Essential Functions Support the design and production of retail catalogs and other marketing materials in both print and digital formats. Assistwithmaintainingproduct data and content within our PIM (Product Information Management) software. Help prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and product communications across the marketing team. Assistwith text updates to packaging files and coordinate those updates with vendors, learning to weigh the cost of immediate implementation against running through existing stock. Support Product Managers by requesting quotes and helping build landed cost models for new products. Participate in a full New Product Development (NPD) project alongside a Product Manager, learning the marketing tasks required to bring a product to market. Conduct a focused financial and category analysis on a smaller product line toidentifyopportunities and share findings with the team. Provide administrative support to the Marketing department as needed. Required Qualifications Currently pursuing or recently completed an Associate’s orBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Design, Communications, or a related field Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, with InDesign experience or coursework strongly preferred Strong Excel skills, including comfort with formulas, pivot tables, and data manipulation Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines Curious, analytical mindset with a genuine interest in learning product marketing and category management Excellent written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of or interest in the marine, RV, or PWC industry a plus Working Conditions This internship is primarily based in an office environment and requires extended periods of sitting, standing, and computer use. Standard schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds may berequiredwhen supporting catalog production, product samples, and marketing materials. Theanticipatedpay range for this position is $41,600 – $54,080 annually. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job- relatedknowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. At Brunswick, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the salary range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidate’s qualifications and the business context.
