Summary: Ashley Furniture is a leading furniture retailer seeking a customer-focused Sales Assistant to support showroom operations and the sales team. The role focuses on welcoming customers, assisting with sales and financing processes, maintaining showroom presentation, coordinating deliveries, and supporting administrative and accounting procedures.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist customers with questions regarding products, promotions, financing options, and store services
- Support sales associates with customer follow-up, documentation, and order completion
- Help create a positive and engaging shopping experience for every guest
- Maintain visually appealing showroom displays and merchandise presentation
- Assist with furniture placement, floor moves, and showroom organization
- Ensure sales floor standards are maintained and customer-ready at all times
- Support warehouse and inventory-related tasks as needed
- Process and assist with customer financing applications
- Schedule customer deliveries and pickups
- Maintain filing systems and store records
- Partner with the accounting team to support closing procedures, auditing, and monthly balancing processes
- Ensure accuracy in sales paperwork and operational reporting

Preferred Qualifications:
